Moore Family Dental is proud to offer the Pola Whitening solutions. There are several options available to you and we’re always available to consult with you about which one would work best in your particular situation.
Pola Office – this option, as the name implies, is done in the office. We clean your teeth, apply a hydrogen peroxide based gel to them, and remove the gel after the appropriate amount of time has passed. We reapply the gel until the target shade has been achieved for your teeth. In some cases, this is one additional application; in other cases, it may be two or three additional applications.
Pola Day – for this option, we take impressions of your teeth in the office. From your impressions, we create custom bleaching trays. We’ll provide you with a hydrogen peroxide based bleaching solution; you’ll place a specific amount of this solution in the trays and wear them for a set amount of time each day. The trays are a major factor in the success of this whitening system. They are made just for you, so the solution has the perfect amount of contact with your teeth, which means you are able to achieve the best results.
Pola Night – this system is very similar to the Pola Day system, but the solution is different. This one, which is carbamide peroxide based, is designed so that it can be worn overnight if that is indicated in your particular case. Again, the custom trays are an integral part of what makes this system so effective.
Pola Paint – with this option, you apply a Pola whitening product to your teeth twice a day for fourteen days. As with all Pola products, there are specific instructions for you to follow, but they will easily become part of your routine for the duration of this at-home treatment option.
Pola Zing – if you want to see some significant whitening immediately and reach your final goal gradually, this may be the best option for you. Pola Zing begins with impressions, custom bleaching trays, and an initial whitening session in our office and continues with Pola Day or Pola Night at home.
When you’re done, you’ll like what you see when you look in the mirror. The change will be gradual, so it may be somewhat difficult to monitor from one day to the next. That’s why many people rely on before-and-after photos to help them see the difference.
Please note that it is very important to follow the directions exactly. For example, if you have the Pola Day system, please remember that it’s not designed for nighttime use.
